How it's made
The butter gets cooked slow until it caramelises, then the whole dough chills overnight. What comes out is richer and chewier than you most could handle - pockets of melted caramelised white chocolate, flaky sea salt on top. It's red for a reason. The flavour earned it. The dozen is the correct choice and you know it.
